Vinyasa flow as a yoga style evolves from the traditional style of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. Traditionally practiced and rooted in India, was adopted in the West and it gained popularity due to its dynamic style that worked on every single muscle in the body through different sequences, resulting in an effective and strong body and breath work.

I learnt the breathing and meditation techniques from my mother.

After completing my graduation in Psychology and Philosophy as a double major, I continued to study Sanskrit and went on to explore the various yoga styles that were available to me until I found my passion for Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Vinyasa. I went on to specialize in these two styles and completed my Teacher Training successfully.

With my base in Barcelona, I teach Workshops, Retreats and Teacher Training Programs worldwide. Meanwhile, I am continuing with my yogic and vedic studies in my natal country, India.
